Monty Anderson - Owner
Monty has been a successful builder and developer for over 31 years. He's a licensed general contractor in the state of Florida, a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the National Remodelers Council, the Better Business Bureau, and was named Builder of the Year in 1994 by the Association of Home Builders.

Dick Weber - Construction Manager - Superintendant
Dick has over 35 years in the home building industry. He has owned his own home building and remodeling company, and has an extensive background in time management and project scheduling.

Eli Hernandez - Planning Coordinator
Eli has 10 years experience in assisting clients in decisions with building new homes. He also has 5 years management experience in Construction Financing.

Dewey Norris - Project Coordinator
As a geologist, Dewey has 11 years experience in Construction Services and Inspection.

Angie Norris - Office Administrator
Angie has 22 years experience in customer service and book keeping. She has been helping our clients with plans and bank coordination since 2006.

Kathy Guy - Office Administrator
Kathy has 18 years experience in customer service.

Craig Petree - Construction Manager/Superintendant
Craig has 35 years of residential construction experience. He is also experienced in Commercial and industrial construction.

Tom Atkins - General Manager
Tom Atkins has been in and around construction for 20 years.
He has specialized knowledge of concrete construction, insulation and green building practices.
