The Right Builder At The Right Time!

Come join Monty Anderson Construction Group at the Jacksonville Home & Patio Show this week September 30 through October 3 at the Prime Osborn Center.

The Monty Anderson Construction Group is building a full scale home on site, directly on the floor of the convention center and you will be able to walk through it and see the various stages of construction. So if you have any questions about building products or construction techniques, you will be able to see it and speak with the subcontractors that did the installation.

This house will have 6-inch thick solid concrete walls, is insulated to R30 and is able to withstand hurricane-force winds exceeding 225 mph. It is also Fire Wise and Green so we will be able to show you many features that make your home more energy efficient.

Monty Anderson Construction Group is very excited for you to come and walk through this actual, full size, concrete home. If you missed the Government Tax Credit for new home purchases, we are giving an extension from us to you. When you sign a contract to build a new home between now and August 31, 2010 we will give you an $8,000 credit for owner occupied homes and $6,500 credit for second home and investment properties at closing.  For all additions and remodels if you sign a contract to build with us between now and August 31, 2010 we will give you $2,500 credit at closing.
